Return Policy
You can exchange any item purchased in the LOONG WAY BOOTS online store for any of the following reasons:
Due to a manufacturing defect or if there is an error in the item sent, as long as it does not show signs of abuse or use.
In order for the exchange to be effective, the item must meet the following conditions: not stepped on, not used, not stained, not damaged, not showing signs of repair or modification, in addition to the proof of purchase.
The exchange may only be made if it was reported within 14 calendar days after delivery, to the email sales@loongwayboots.com attaching a description and photograph that shows the type of manufacturing damage or error with the products sent.
If there is an error in the product sent, the customer will receive a prepaid shipping guide via email from LOONG WAY BOOTS, which must be presented at the corresponding parcel service offices at the time of shipment. In addition, the purchased product must be sent in excellent condition, unused and in its original packaging.
If the customer voluntarily wants to exchange a size or model, this must be done on the condition that it is within the established date, with a cost of $250 pesos (cost of courier) round trip. (If the item you want to exchange is for another model of lower cost, there will be no refund).
The change will be made as soon as we physically have the product in the warehouse and subject to availability.
In no case, whatever the reason for the change, will a refund be accepted.
No changes or returns apply to clearance styles.
