We ship to all of Mexico!
We know you can't wait to receive your package, which is why we ship it to you within 2 to 7 business days.

Once the product has been ordered and its existence verified, we pack your order and ship it.

Deliveries are made at the times and days established by the courier company. Normally the courier companies make 2 delivery attempts on different days, if none of these attempts are successful and you cannot be found, the courier company will automatically return your order to us. When that happens, write to us at sales@loongwayboots.com and we will help you send them back, only this time the second shipment will be at your expense.

Your boots will arrive at the address you provided us when making your purchase (we ask that you make the address as clear and specific as possible to avoid errors and extra charges).
As previously stated, if the information or data provided by the user or customer for the shipment of their items is not true or is incorrect, they will be solely responsible for any damages that this fact may cause, including the non-delivery of the shipment.

* We are not responsible if the courier delivers to your home address to someone other than you and the order appears signed for as received. It is necessary to correctly confirm and enter your delivery details when placing your order.

* If the order is returned for any reason beyond our control, for example, if the address is incorrect or incomplete, preventing the courier from making the delivery, it will be necessary to cover the extra shipping guides in order to return your order to you.

*If there is an external problem with the package, such as theft of a unit, and the package delivery service you chose does not have insurance, we are not responsible for the refund of the value of the product.
You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the portal of the assigned courier service. Delivery time with the courier service begins 24 hours after confirming the payment you have made for the selected item. The 24 hours are counted in business days and hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).
